In the early hours of a spring morning in Moncton, New Brunswick, a 36-year-old man named Brian Joseph Deveau was seen for what may have been the last time. On May 11, 2024, at approximately 1:45 a.m., Brian, a male of Indigenous/Metis descent, was near Albert Street in the city. Known also by the nicknames Bj or BeeJay, he was born in 1987.
