In the autumn of 1987, a sense of quiet concern settled over a home in Moncton, New Brunswick. It was on October 16th of that year that 66-year-old Charles Leigh Eddy was seen for the last time. On that day, he walked away from the residence he shared with his brother, stepping out into a world that has seemingly kept his whereabouts a secret ever since.
