I'm really curious about the role the location played in this case. The intersection of 99th Street and University Drive isn't exactly a deserted area, even in the early hours. It's unsettling to think that a crime like this could happen in a somewhat populated area without immediate witnesses stepping forward. Were there any security cameras from nearby businesses or homes that might have captured something? It seems hard to believe that no one saw anything in a place like that. My heart goes out to Shawn's family and friends. It must be so painful for them, not only to have lost him in such a brutal way but also to deal with the uncertainty of not knowing exactly why or how it happened. I hope the community steps up and provides any information they can. Sometimes even the smallest detail can make a huge difference in finding justice.
