Hey everyone, I’ve been diving deep into the case of Simeon Ernest Bear and something really caught my attention. Has anyone else here wondered about the significance of his hat being found on that small island? Given that it’s not located near where his sunken boat was discovered and that it’s such an important personal belonging, it feels like a crucial piece in this puzzle. Was it left there intentionally? Did he reach the island somehow before the accident or whatever else happened? Or is it possible that it drifted there over time? I can’t help but feel that this detail might hold some key insights into Simeon’s last known movements. Any thoughts or theories on why the hat ended up there and not near the boat like the paddle? It's these little things that sometimes end up breaking a case wide open. Looking forward to hearing what you all think!
