I've been reflecting on the Cyber Patriots program that young Taggart was a part of. It's truly extraordinary how someone so young could be so engaged in such a challenging and forward-thinking activity. For those who might not know, the Cyber Patriots program is no casual club; it’s incredibly demanding and prepares kids for careers in cybersecurity. It speaks volumes about Taggart’s intelligence and potential. Given that he had already set his sights on joining the Navy, it appears he was really preparing himself for a future where he could make a difference in a significant way. It's deeply moving to think about how he was so driven and motivated at such a tender age. My heart goes out to his family, friends, and mentors who supported and nurtured his aspirations. It's a community loss when we lose someone with such promise. If you have any fond memories of Taggart or stories about his involvement in these activities, it might help those hurting to hear about the impact he had on you.
