Rachel Cooke, a 19-year-old woman, went missing on January 10, 2002, while on a morning jog near her family’s home in Georgetown, Texas. She was visiting her parents during her winter break from college in San Diego, California. That morning, Rachel was last seen running along Neches Trail around 11:30 a.m., only 200 yards away from her home. She never returned, and her family reported her missing after her father came home and could not find her.
