Hey everyone, I've been thinking about that tragic incident involving Mikal Williams in Phoenix. It's been weighing on my mind, especially when considering the time of day the shooting happened. Mid-afternoon on a Sunday, in what should have been a normal day, Mikal's life was cut short. It's alarming how such violence can erupt in the blink of an eye, in places we consider to be familiar and safe. That parking lot could have been full of people going about their day, completely unaware. I can't imagine how terrifying it must have been for any potential witnesses, and how they are processing what they saw. My heart truly goes out to Mikal's family and friends and anyone else affected by this senseless act. If anyone out there remembers seeing anything unusual that day, even the smallest detail, I urge you to contact Silent Witness. No one deserves to be left without answers, and hopefully, justice can begin to take its due course. Stay safe out there, everyone. Hug your loved ones a little tighter today.
