I've been following the case of Rudy Vega, and it's so unsettling that the charges against David Rivera were dropped. It really makes me think about the challenges families face when searching for justice in these situations. I've read about the Vega family's disappointment and can't imagine the pain they're going through, not only losing Rudy but also feeling let down by the legal system. It's a sobering reminder of how many families are affected by gun violence and left without closure. My thoughts go out to everyone who knew and loved Rudy. I hope they find some peace and support in their community and through the memorial efforts.
