Hey everyone, I've been pondering the tragic Lujan family case and wanted to share something that’s been on my mind. I can’t stop thinking about the children who were in the car that day. I can't imagine the long-term impact this event might have on them, hearing their father’s words and the chaos that followed. Growing up with the knowledge of such a traumatic family event could be incredibly isolating and difficult. My heart goes out to these kids and to any relatives who are stepping in to support them. Does anyone know if there have been any efforts to provide them with counseling or support services? I pray they’re surrounded by caring family and professionals who can help them process this in time. This is such a devastating situation for everyone involved. Would love to hear any thoughts or updates if anyone has them. Sending love and strength to those affected, LoveToSleuth1

Did anyone else find it chilling that Brandon's daughter heard him say, "I'm going to kill them" before the shots were fired? It's incredibly distressing that she was present for this horrific event. I can't even begin to imagine the trauma and confusion she's experiencing. Having a family member involved in such a tragedy is unimaginable, let alone witnessing it unfold. The psychological impact on the children is a piece that often gets overshadowed in cases like this. I hope they’re surrounded by a strong support system and receiving the counseling and care they need to process everything. It's just devastating how the repercussions of violence ripple out and affect so many lives beyond the immediate victims. Thinking of the entire family and hoping for healing.
