I've been following the case of the tragic Phoenix shooting, and I can't stop thinking about the role of social media in this situation. It's truly unsettling how a platform that should be used for connecting and building communities was instead used to arrange the meeting that led to such devastating loss. I can't imagine what Victor, Avery, and Salvador's families are going through right now. My heart goes out to them in this incredibly difficult time. It's a stark reminder of how we need to be cautious about who we interact with online and the plans that emerge from these digital exchanges. I hope the investigation will shed more light on how this escalated so quickly and what can be done to prevent something like this from happening again.
