Has anyone looked into the weather conditions on the day of the incident? I'm wondering if rough seas or unexpected weather played a role in what happened. Sometimes those sudden weather changes can catch even experienced sailors off guard. I've also heard people mentioning rogue waves. Could that be a possibility here? It seems odd that they were caught so off guard without any distress signal being sent. Also, does anyone know if the boat had any known issues before the trip? Just trying to piece together what could have caused this tragedy.
