Did anyone else catch the part about the potential legal claims for negligent security at the 7-Eleven? It really got me thinking about how businesses manage safety, especially late at night. It's such a tragedy that Kevin Turner lost his life and another person was injured in the place that many of us visit regularly without a second thought. I can't even begin to imagine the pain his family and friends must be going through. If the store had a duty to provide better security and didn’t, could this have been prevented? It makes me wonder about the measures (if any) that stores like this have in place. I hope the families find the answers they’re seeking and some sense of justice or closure in this unimaginable situation.

Hey everyone, I’ve been following the tragic news from Phoenix about the shooting at the 7-Eleven. My heart truly goes out to Kevin Turner's family and the other victim who survived this horrible incident. I’ve been thinking a lot about the role of businesses in protecting their customers. Do any locals know if there were any security cameras at this location? It seems like such a busy area, and I wonder if adequate security might have prevented this. It’s concerning that the lack of security could have put so many people at risk. Has anyone heard if the 7-Eleven management is making any statements or changes after what happened? I can’t imagine how the employees there must feel, especially those who were on duty that night. It’s so important that steps are taken to avoid something like this in the future. Would love to hear your thoughts!

Hey everyone. I've been following the case of Kevin Turner's tragic death, and I can't help but reflect on the role of security in these kinds of situations. It's hard to imagine that an argument over who knows what could escalate into such a devastating loss. I noticed some discussions about the possible lack of security measures at that 7-Eleven. It makes me wonder if things could have turned out differently if more precautions were in place. Maybe better lighting or a security camera could have made a difference? It doesn't change what happened, and my thoughts are truly with Kevin's family and the other victim as they deal with this. I really hope the investigation brings some clarity and peace to those affected. Would love to hear any thoughts you all might have on security at convenience stores and whether this is something we need to push more for in our communities.
