Murdered

On December 8, 1977, 67-year-old George Hardy was murdered during a home invasion at his residence in Thornton, Colorado. Hardy, a retired truck driver and avid coin collector, was at home with his wife and granddaughter when two men broke in, armed and wearing ski masks.
