Has anyone else been looking into the legal angle of Joshua Ybarra's case? While my heart goes out to his family—especially his sister, who must be going through unimaginable pain—I can't help but wonder if there’s something more that could hold the management of Tides on Gilbert East accountable. Given the reported frequency of gunshots in the area, should the property management have beefed up their security measures? I read in a few articles that there's talk about possible legal claims, and law firms are already calling for investigations into the complex’s security setup.
It just baffles me that multiple shots were fired in various parts of the complex without intervention. Wouldn't security cameras or even a guard have made a difference here? If anyone has more insight into what typically happens in these kinds of cases or knows if other residents have raised such concerns, your perspectives would be much appreciated. Justice for Joshua isn't just about finding who's responsible—it's also about preventing this from happening to another innocent kid.
