Hi everyone,

I just wanted to talk a bit about the environment around the Phoenix area where Cesar Hernandez was tragically shot. It's so alarming to realize how gun violence continues to escalate not just nationally, but right here in our own neighborhoods. From what I've gathered, the intersection near 83rd/85th Avenue and McDowell Road has seen its share of incidents, and it's truly worrying for all the families living nearby.

Can you imagine being a resident there, hearing those shots at 4 a.m. and waking up to the news that someone in your community lost their life? My thoughts go out to Cesar's family and friends who are left grappling with this senseless loss. It's yet another reminder of how critical it is for us as a community to come together and push for changes that will help make our neighborhoods safer.

Additionally, I commend Silent Witness for providing a platform for people to speak up anonymously. These programs can be a vital tool for investigators, so if anyone knows anything, please consider coming forward. It may feel small, but every bit of information could lead to justice for Cesar.
Hey everyone,
I’ve been reading through the posts about Cesar Hernandez’s tragic passing, and something that really stuck out to me was the timing of the shooting. It happened so early in the morning, around 4 a.m. It makes me wonder what Cesar was doing at that time and if he was coming home from a night out or maybe heading to work. I've seen a lot of speculation, but it got me thinking about how this could easily happen to anyone who finds themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time, especially during those odd hours.
For someone to be out at that time and become a victim of such a senseless act is terrifying. If anyone here lives in the area, do people often walk around or travel through that neighborhood early in the morning? It seems like such a random and unfortunate event. My heart really goes out to Cesar’s family and friends who are trying to make sense of this loss.
Additionally, if anyone has heard any updates from the investigation, please share them. I know the police were initially without suspects, which can feel frustrating and uncertain for the community. Let’s keep sharing information and support each other while honoring the memory of Cesar.
