Just read about John's passing, and my heart goes out to his family and friends during this unimaginably difficult time. It’s incredibly tough to think about how a young life with so much potential was abruptly ended due to such senseless violence. The idea that someone could be driving by and open fire just shakes me to the core. What concerns me is that it happened around 2 a.m. in what should be a quiet neighborhood at that time. I hope this prompts people to think about neighborhood safety and look out for each other.
