I'm saddened to hear about the incident involving John Armstrong. Something I've been reflecting on is the role of long-term friendships and the intense emotions they can evoke. It's troubling how a history between two people can sometimes lead to tragic outcomes. Knowing that John and Jacob were friends for several years just adds another layer to this heartbreaking event. I can only imagine the questions John's family and friends must have about what really happened that day. If anyone in the community knew either of them, maybe they can offer insights into how their relationship changed over time. Sending love to all those affected by this tragedy.
What a horrible event for both families involved. I’ve been thinking a lot about the situation with Mulloy calling 911 and trying to perform CPR on John after the shooting. To me, it suggests that Mulloy perhaps felt immediate regret or panic. It almost seems like a desperate attempt to undo what had just happened. Although it doesn’t excuse the act, it’s telling about his mental state at that moment. I wonder if the prosecutors will consider this when determining the charges against him. It’s such a tragic situation all around, and my heart goes out to John’s loved ones during this painful time. It’s so unfortunate that a conflict between two people who knew each other had to escalate to such a level.
