Hey everyone,
I can't stop thinking about the community events Terrell Lee Jones used to organize. It's clear he had such a profound impact on so many lives. One of the things I heard from a couple of residents in Lincoln was how much the kids adored him. Apparently, he would organize these weekly get-togethers at the local park where he'd bring snacks and games and just spend time with them. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares that much.
I think it's important for us to keep remembering the positive things he did, especially for the youth. It feels like his legacy will live on through them, and maybe that’s a small comfort in such a confusing time.
Has anyone heard if they’re planning to continue those events in his honor? I know it would mean a lot to the kids and might help keep his spirit alive in the community. Sending so much love and strength to his family and friends right now. ?
