Has anyone looked into the surrounding area of Quarles Street where Roderick "Hot Rod" Valentine was murdered back in 2004? I was scanning some old articles, and it seems like that block was a hotspot for crime during those years. It got me thinking about whether there were any similar cases around that time or if there were known groups or activities that could somehow connect to Valentine. It's terribly frustrating that we still don't have answers on his case, and I can't imagine what his family must be going through after all these years without justice. I'm wondering if maybe there were witnesses who were too scared to come forward back then because of potential gang-related activities. I hope the police are still keeping the investigation open and active, especially since they’ve got that reward out. If anyone remembers any other incidents around Quarles Street from 2004, it might be worth bringing up again. Even the smallest detail could be crucial in finally getting some answers for his loved ones.
