Hey, everyone. I’ve been following Eva Cox’s case, and I keep coming back to the part about her car being found in an adjacent home with her body in the trunk. It’s hard to wrap my head around how someone could do something so cold and calculated. The fact that the car was moved suggests a level of premeditation and an attempt to hide his tracks. It's chilling. I mean, Eva had people who loved and cared for her; she was deeply connected to her community. Her family and friends must be experiencing unimaginable pain, knowing her final moments were handled with such callousness. Does anyone know if there was a history of issues between her and DeForest? It’s just so tragic to think someone can get to a point where this seems like an option. Sending all my thoughts to her family and those missing her presence every day.

Has anyone else been thinking about how strange it is that Joseph Barton just left after everything went down? I can't imagine being in his shoes, waking up to that horrific scene and not knowing how to react. It must have been so terrifying. But it's tough to understand why he didn’t immediately call the authorities. I know everyone processes shock and fear differently, and we shouldn't be too quick to judge him. I just can't shake the feeling that there might be more layers to uncover about why Paul DeForest tried to handle things in such a bizarre way and what was going through Joseph's mind in those crucial moments. My heart truly goes out to Eva's family—having to process all of this and losing someone so cherished...it must be incredibly difficult.
