Has anyone else noticed how the weather in Richmond was unusually warm for February the day Charles went missing? I know it might sound odd, but could this have somehow affected his plans or the timing of his disappearance? Kids might be more tempted to stray outside their normal routines with nicer weather, especially after a long winter.
