I can't stop thinking about those two little boys and how their lives changed in an instant. They were so little, just 1 and 3 years old, when their mom Michelle and Aunt Melinda were taken away from them. It's unthinkable. I can't imagine the pain and confusion they must be feeling, losing not only their mom but their dad too, in such a violent way. I've read that the boys were placed with family members since Michelle's parents were dealing with their own health issues. I truly hope they're surrounded by love and support during this incredibly difficult time. It's going to take a village to help them grow up with the knowledge that despite what happened, they're cherished and valued. If anybody knows about local organizations offering support or ways we can help from afar, please share. Those kids deserve every bit of love and stability we can offer them.

I've been following the discussion around the Ammon tragedy, and I'm struck by the ripple effects that altercations like these have on so many lives. I can't stop thinking about Michelle's boys, who will never really get to know their mom or aunt. This must be unimaginably tough for them and their grandparents, who lost not just one, but two daughters in such a horrific way. It's so important that the community rallies around these kids and their family, offering support as they face a future forever changed. Does anyone know if there's a fund or anything set up for the boys? I know sometimes communities organize those things, and I'd love to help if I can.
