Does anyone else find it odd how Billy Justin Rice disappeared right after being seen near SMA Healthcare? I've been trying to piece together why he was there in the first place. Was he visiting someone, or could he have been seeking help? Sometimes people with mental health issues can be pretty private about their struggles, and it's possible his family didn't know. If anyone knows more about his connections to the place or his mental health background, it might help shed light on what happened that day. It's such a perplexing situation. Keeping an eye out for any updates from folks who might have seen him around.
