Billy Justin Rice, 38, was last seen on July 26, 2025, in Daytona Beach, Florida. He was seen leaving the vicinity of SMA Healthcare. Although he had been in contact with his family, they have not received any communication from him since the day of his disappearance. The Volusia County Sheriff's Office is handling the investigation into his whereabouts.
