I've been following the case of Ashley Midby and Jared Murphy, and every time I think about it, I'm filled with sadness for Ashley's family and the entire community. One thing that really struck me about this case is how Ashley's colleagues at the Coffee Corner have shown such strength and solidarity in the aftermath of this tragedy. It must be incredibly difficult for them to return to a place filled with memories of Ashley, yet they've come together to support one another and keep the café running. I can’t imagine how tough it must be to try and move forward while also honoring Ashley's memory. It’s heartening to see the community rally around them through the GoFundMe campaign and other efforts. This kind of support truly reflects how much Ashley and her spirited presence touched everyone’s lives. My thoughts are with her loved ones as they navigate this incredibly challenging time.
