I've been following the news about Pamela Ferriere's tragic case, and I'm left wondering about the hospital's security measures. How did Travis Frink manage to bring a weapon into such a sensitive area like the ICU without detection? It seems like there should be stricter protocols in place to prevent something like this from happening. Was there any investigation into security lapses afterward?
