Hi everyone, I've been reading up on the tragic case of Logan Allan Cookson, and I can't stop thinking about one aspect that hasn't been discussed much here: the impact on the local community. Cabot, Vermont, is such a small, tight-knit town, and I imagine this incident must have left a profound impact on everyone who lived there at the time. A child losing his life in such a shocking manner is incomprehensible, and I'm sure it left many parents struggling with how to talk to their own children about safety and trust within their family circles. I can't help but wonder how teachers, neighbors, and community leaders came together to support one another in the aftermath. For those who live in or near communities like Cabot, it must be unsettling to see something so tragic happen close to home. I hope the community has managed to heal somewhat and that there are some positive initiatives in place to prevent similar tragedies in the future. Any thoughts on how communities can be supported in such unimaginable circumstances? Thanks for reading, sending love and peace to all.
