I’ve been following the tragic case of Paul W. Zois from Cranston, and something that's been on my mind is the potential role of surveillance footage in solving this case. It's 2020, and almost everyone has some sort of security system these days, whether it's a Ring doorbell or full-fledged CCTV. Given that Paul was found in a residential area, the likelihood of cameras capturing critical clues seems high. I keep wondering how much footage the police were able to gather and how useful it might be in piecing together what happened that night. Surveillance can be hit or miss—it’s often not clear enough, or the angle isn’t quite right—but it’s hard not to hope that in this case, it might hold the key to understanding this terrible act. Does anyone know if the police released any details on what they found? It's such a tight-knit community, and with crime levels generally low, I hope someone comes forward with valuable information soon. My thoughts are with Paul’s family and friends during this difficult time. Any insights on this aspect would be appreciated!
