Has anyone else been thinking about how crucial it is for the driver of the vehicle that hit Tarran Miller to come forward? It's devastating to think that Tarran was trying to escape from being shot at and then, in the midst of that chaos, was further injured by a hit-and-run. I know it's been years, but the driver could hold vital information, even if they weren't directly involved in the shooting aspect of the crime. Their perspective could shed new light on what happened or help narrow down the timeline. I can't imagine the weight they might be carrying, whether they were aware of the incident's severity at the time or not. If this is you, or if you know someone who was driving in the area of Fairmont Street NW around midnight on August 12, 2006, I urge you to contact the detectives handling the case. Regardless of how much time has passed, it's never too late to do the right thing, and it could mean the world to Tarran's family and friends. Remember, folks, even a seemingly small detail can make a huge difference in these investigations. Let's hope that justice for Tarran can still be achieved.
Does anyone else find it incredibly difficult to believe that two crimes could intersect so tragically on one night? It makes me wonder if the driver who hit Tarran Steven Miller knew they were playing a role in something much larger. I'm just thinking about his family and how they must feel knowing that the person who shot him and the driver are still out there. Maybe they weren't connected, maybe the driver was just a scared, unsuspecting person who panicked and fled. It would be terrible to think they've been carrying this guilt around for all these years, unsure of what to do.

His family deserves to know the full story of what happened to Tarran, and those responsible need to be held accountable.
