I've been following the Marsha Mansker case closely, and something that's been bothering me is how the initial investigation was handled. I mean, I understand that these situations are incredibly complex, but it's really puzzling how James was arrested so quickly and then released just a day later. It seems like the authorities jumped to conclusions without having all the facts laid out. I can't imagine the rollercoaster of emotions that Marsha's family must be going through, first losing a loved one and then dealing with the uncertainty around how it all happened. I hope some clarity comes soon, for the sake of everyone involved.
