Hey everyone, I've been following Isaiah Ford's case and can't stop thinking about how these violent incidents keep happening at the South Park Apartments (now Central Gardens). It’s unnerving to see a pattern of violence in the neighborhood - similar to the deaths of Marvin Shelton in '06 and Gregory Shelton Jr. later in '08. It makes me wonder if there are systemic issues at play here. I can't imagine how Isaiah's family and friends are feeling, having to deal with such a sudden and tragic loss in a place that seems to have a shadow of violence looming over it. Does anyone know if there’s been any initiative for increased security or community outreach since these incidents? The idea of these tragedies becoming just another statistic is deeply unsettling. Really hoping for some peace and safety for the residents there... it’s needed more than ever. Isaiah and the others deserve justice and remembrance, not just in memory but in real changes made. My thoughts are with their families. Stay safe, everyone.
