Willie Tillman was found shot to death in an alley behind 1730 7th Street NW in Washington, D.C., in the early morning of Saturday, December 1, 2007. The body was discovered about 3:30 a.m., though investigators estimated the fatal shots were fired around 2:10 a.m. The Metropolitan Police Department opened a homicide investigation after finding Tillman’s body with gunshot wounds.
