In the early morning hours of Saturday, December 1, 2007, the life of a man from Washington, D.C. was tragically cut short. Willie Tillman, a male, was discovered shot to death in the rear of 1730 7th Street, NW. The discovery was made at approximately 3:30 a.m., but further investigation revealed that the fatal shots had likely been fired more than an hour earlier, at around 2:10 a.m. in the same location.
