Has anyone else been thinking about how Nikia’s child must be feeling right now? It’s just devastating to consider the trauma this little one went through. Not only did they lose their mom in such a violent way, but they also witnessed a terrifying altercation. I can’t even begin to grasp how this will impact them in the long run. I hope they have a strong support system and receive the necessary help to process all of this. Does anyone know if there are any resources or funds being set up to assist the child and any family who might be taking care of them? It would be heartening to see the community come together to support those left behind after such a senseless act.
