It's truly difficult to comprehend how a heated argument could spiral into this devastating outcome. Iesha Mayhand's story is incredibly moving, especially hearing about how dedicated she was to her son, Lerico. She had her entire future ahead as a mother, which makes the situation even more distressing for everyone involved. I can't help but feel for her family who has to grapple with this loss for the rest of their lives. It’s a stark reminder of the importance of resolving conflicts peacefully and the dire consequences when they aren't. Also, I can't imagine what this must have been like for Josalyn Evans too. Lives have been permanently altered on all sides by that terrible day. Absolutely tragic on so many levels.
