Andre Judd was shot and killed inside an apartment at 1431 Holbrook Place NE in Washington, D.C., in the early morning of Friday, October 3, 2008. The shooting occurred at about 5:45 a.m., and the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide and Sexual Offenses Branch opened a full investigation.

Detectives gathered evidence and sought witnesses, and the department is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information that leads to an arrest and conviction. No suspects have been publicly identified and no arrests have been announced, and the case remains open and active.
