I’ve been following the tragic case of Eddie Owens, and I can’t stop thinking about the impact this has had on his children. Losing a parent is devastating enough, but to also witness such a traumatic event must be incredibly difficult for them to process and cope with. The fact that one of the sons witnessed the shooting is just unimaginable. I hope they’re receiving the support and counseling they need to navigate this nightmare. It’s crucial for the community to rally around these kids and remind them they aren’t alone. If anyone has information on resources or how to support them from afar, please share. These children have a long road ahead, and any bit of help could make all the difference.
