Hey everyone, I was going through Buffy Sue Mayo's case, and something that's been on my mind is her connection to the areas around 11th Street and Utica Avenue, as well as Fifth and Birmingham. From everything we've seen, those spots seemed to be her regular haunts. Does anyone know if there were specific individuals or groups operating around there at the time she went missing? I read a bit about possible organized crime links, but I wonder if she had any specific encounters or an ongoing conflict that might have escalated? Also, were there any significant changes in those neighborhoods around 1994 that could have contributed to the risks she faced? Any insights or theories would be appreciated!
