In the early morning hours of July 12, 1994, 25-year-old Buffy Sue Mayo, also known as Buffy Harris, left her home on South Utica Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She told her husband she was going to buy cigarettes and would be right back. This was the last time she was ever seen. At the time of her disappearance, Buffy was described as a Caucasian female, standing 5'5' tall and weighing between 90 and 100 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
