I've been following Joseph D’Aquisto Sr.'s disappearance for a while, and I keep coming back to the fact that he left behind his wallet and camera. This really gets to me because I've seen many cases where someone goes missing, yet they're often found with some personal item—it's like a breadcrumb trail. But in Joseph's case, it’s just baffling. From everything I've read, it sounds like his camera was practically an extension of himself. Leaving it behind feels so deliberate. It makes me wonder if he intended to return shortly after leaving or if someone else is involved and wanted to eliminate any traceable evidence. It’s strange knowing the camera was left, but who knows what other evidence might have been hiding in plain sight? Seems like the kind of thing that could be key to cracking this case wide open. Has anyone else given this some thought?
