The senseless murder of Randy Cannon really hits home for me, especially knowing his deep connection with animals. This was a man who dedicated his life to tending to creatures who had no one else, and that speaks volumes about his character. The animal rescue community feels the loss deeply and his absence leaves a gap that won't be easily filled. It’s infuriating to think that he was taken from his loved ones while just trying to safeguard his neighborhood. I can’t help but think about the animals he cared for – they must sense his absence too. Sending love to those who knew and cared for him, human and animal alike. They all deserved so much better. Let's keep his mission alive by supporting his animal sanctuary as much as we can.
