Has anyone else been following the details about the mental health backgrounds of those involved in the Greenville shooting? I've been reading up on the case, and I'm curious about how much (if anything) was known about any possible mental health issues with the suspects prior to the incident. It often seems like these tragic events have deeper roots in untreated mental health struggles. It's so sad to think that something might have been addressed before it escalated to such violence. My heart truly goes out to Deandre Powell’s family and friends. No one should have to endure such loss. Hoping the community continues to rally around them and push for better resources to prevent situations like this in the future. Would love to hear if anyone has more info or thoughts on this aspect.

I've been following the updates on Deandre Powell's case and something keeps sticking out to me—the quick arrest of all three suspects. It's a small relief, honestly, to see such a prompt action by the law enforcement. Imagine what could've happened if they were still out there. I can't help but think about how much courage it must've taken for Antuwan Thompson to turn himself in. I wonder what prompted that decision. On another note, I feel for Deandre’s family. Losing a loved one is traumatic by itself, but when it’s due to violence, the pain is magnified. It's hard to wrap my head around how disputes can escalate to such a tragic level. I hope justice is served, and that something can be learned from this to prevent future tragedies. Sending love to the community in Greenville as they heal from this. Would be great to hear more people's thoughts on whether these arrests brought any sense of safety back to the area.
