I can't stop thinking about how senseless this tragedy is. Debarge Price was just 37, with so much life ahead of him, and now he's gone in the blink of an eye. It’s hard to wrap my head around the fact that someone could just take his life like that. I didn't personally know him, but seeing the community come together and mourn for him really shows what kind of person he must have been to those around him. Reading through the condolence messages in his obituary, you can feel the love and respect people had for him. It's clear he touched a lot of lives in Montgomery, and this loss is so deeply felt. My heart really goes out to his family and friends who are dealing with this void every day. I hope justice is served, and they can find some peace knowing that they are supported by their community during such a difficult time. It’s a chilling reminder for all of us to hold our loved ones close and cherish every moment.

I recently came across the tragic case of Debarge Price, and something that stands out to me is the timing of Antonio Gulley's arrest. It took a couple of weeks after the incident for him to be taken into custody. I wonder what kind of evidence or leads the investigators followed to pinpoint him as the suspect. It's hard not to think about the anxiety and distress Price's family must have felt during those days while waiting for updates. I hope the ongoing investigation brings all the facts to light for their sake and allows them to find some sense of closure. Also, if anyone has heard about the community gatherings or memorials being held, I'd be interested in attending or supporting however I can. It’s important to keep his memory alive and show his family that we stand with them during this tough time.
