Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case of Jerrell Marquez Edmonds, and something that really struck me was the impact this must have had on his young kids, Korie and little Jerrell Jr. They’re so young to have lost their dad like this, and I can’t help but think about how important it is for them to hold onto positive memories of him. I read that he was involved in his community and seemed like such a good guy trying to do right by his family. It’s beyond tragic that his children have to grow up with him missing from their lives. Has there been any word on how his family, particularly his kids, are doing? I hope they have the support they need during this time. This case just shows how senseless violence can ripple through so many lives. If anyone’s heard updates or knows how we might help the family (besides the GoFundMe), please share. My thoughts are with them.

I’ve been reading through the details of Jerrell Marquez Edmonds' case, and I keep thinking about his two young children, Korie and Jerrell Jr. Losing a parent at such a tender age is an unimaginable burden, and I sincerely hope that they have a strong support system around them. These kids will need all the love and care they can get in the days ahead. If there’s any way to extend that support or share memories of Jerrell to keep his spirit alive for them, it would be a beautiful way to honor his life.
