I've been following the tragic case of Aaron Clines, and my heart goes out to his family and friends during this difficult time. It's terrifying to think about how gun violence has continued to devastate our community here in Selma. I live just a few blocks away from where this incident happened and still can't wrap my head around it.
I heard people talking about how Mr. Clines was the kind of person who always had a smile and was kind to everyone he met. It's so unsettling to know such a good person has been lost in such a senseless act. Does anyone know if the police have made any progress in their investigation? It's hard to feel safe when it seems like answers aren't coming fast enough.

I stumbled upon the news about Aaron Clines, and it hit me hard. I didn’t know him personally, but from what I've read, he seemed to be a well-respected member of the Selma community. It’s beyond sad to think that someone could face such a senseless end. The fact that it happened right on Lauderdale Street, a place so many of us pass by, makes it all the more real and chilling.
What bothers me is that, as of now, there's no information about suspects or motives. It's like the community is just left in the dark, waiting for answers that might bring some closure. I can't imagine the pain his family is going through, not knowing why this happened or who is responsible. It’s times like these that we need to come together as a community more than ever, not only to support his family but to demand action and answers from the authorities.
