Hey everyone, Has anyone else been diving into the specifics of the defense's strategy in the Denzel Grandson trial? I've been following Simwone Milstead's case and can't shake the feeling that the numerous delays were used as a tactic to sway the narrative. It's understandable that the defense would seek every opportunity for their client, but I feel deeply for Milstead's family who had to endure a longer wait for any semblance of closure. It must have been incredibly taxing to sit through each rescheduled court date, not knowing how this tragedy would be addressed by the justice system. Does anyone have any insight into whether this is common in cases involving firearm possession charges, or was this case particularly slow? Milstead's loved ones deserved quicker answers and I'm sure many of us here can relate to the frustration of watching the judicial process unfold at a snail's pace.
