I've been thinking a lot about the impact Cedric "Manny Man" Lynch had on his community. It’s clear from everything I've read how special he was to so many people. It's incredibly moving how the whole neighborhood came together to honor his memory at Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church and Whispering Pines Cemetery. It's really hard to wrap my head around the fact that his son, Braylen, will have to grow up without his dad. It makes you realize how deeply these acts of violence ripple outwards, affecting everyone who loved him. I can't even imagine what his family is going through, especially his mom, Ella. The community seems really strong, though, and I hope they find some peace and justice as this case moves forward. Sending all my thoughts to everyone who’s mourning Manny Man. ?
