Hey everyone, I came across something a bit curious while looking into Jonathan McNabb's disappearance. Has anyone else noticed that for such a high-profile missing person case, there's surprisingly little media coverage or follow-up stories? In other missing hiker cases, it seems like there's usually a lot more attention from news outlets. I'm wondering if it was because of the weather complications at the time, or maybe the fact that it was 1998 and there wasn't as much widespread internet use as today? I feel like this lack of coverage could have severely impacted the reach of the search efforts. It's just puzzling to me. Anyone have any insights or know more about how search efforts were publicized back then?
