Hey everyone, I've been following Nicholas Deloss Marold's case for a while now, and something that's been on my mind is the role of tides and currents in his disappearance. Given the location off the coast of Port San Luis, I wonder how much the ocean conditions that day affected the search efforts. Does anyone know if there were strong currents reported? I remember reading somewhere that ocean tides and currents can dramatically influence where someone might end up, especially in a situation like this.
Also, could the presence of other marine traffic have played a role in either complicating the search or potentially impacting the area where the incident happened? It's just so puzzling how there's been no trace despite the extensive search by various agencies. Would love to hear anyone's thoughts or expertise on how these factors might come into play.
Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Nicholas Deloss Marold, and something keeps baffling me. Why didn't they find anything at all during the search? With all the agencies involved, you'd think there'd be some trace, right? I know the ocean currents can be unpredictable, but it seems strange that nothing—no personal belongings, nothing—washed ashore. I've read about cases where items surface days or even weeks later. Has anyone here heard of anything washing up in that area, or possibly along the coast further away? It's frustrating that after what seems like such a thorough search, there's absolutely nothing. Would love to hear any thoughts or similar stories.
