It's just gut-wrenching to think about Angela's children having to navigate life without their mom. From what I've read, she seemed to have a way of making everyone feel special and loved, something usually passed down to those closest to her.
What truly worries me is how Timothy had prior charges and was out on bond when this happened. It's unsettling that he could be out when there were already red flags surrounding his behavior. I'm not an expert, but it makes me question the whole system and how we handle these cases involving previous violent charges. Was there any oversight missed here?
Her family has my deepest sympathies. I hope they find some peace in knowing the community is thinking of them, and that justice is thoroughly pursued in Angela's case.
I've been following Angela Harville's case closely, and I have to say that the Aniah's Law aspect really caught my attention. It's so troubling to think that Timothy Harville was out on bond from previous charges when this tragic event occurred. The fact that he was allegedly involved in another violent incident before the shooting makes you wonder about the system's ability to protect those who might be at risk. It just adds another layer of sorrow to an already devastating situation.
Angela seemed like such a beloved person in her community, and my heart sincerely goes out to her family and friends. They’re now left grappling with this unimaginable loss. For those attending the hearing, I hope they find some solace in seeking justice for Angela. Her story is a reminder of the importance of keeping potentially dangerous individuals from causing further harm. It's just so sad and frustratingly unnecessary.
I’ve been thinking about how many lives were touched by Angela, and it’s just so devastating to hear what her family is going through. I can’t imagine the pain her kids are feeling, losing their mom in such a senseless way. A lot of people have been focusing on the criminal aspect, but it’s important to remember Angela as more than just a victim in a case. I read that she could make a stranger feel like family, which is such a beautiful trait. It’s hard to find people like that. Her kids were probably raised with the same warmth and kindness that she shared with everyone around her. I hope they find peace and support from their community during this unimaginably difficult time. ❤️
